TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms                     

By accessing or using any website, landing page, application, or digital property operated by i2 Ministries, Inc. (“i2 Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to i2ministries.org, gommwu.org, and any associated subdomains or landing pages (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and i2 Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, with its principal office at PO Box 3403, La Habra, CA 90632, USA.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Site or submit personal information through any form on the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


3. Description of Services

i2 Ministries provides Christian missions training, educational resources, digital products, and related services, including but not limited to:

•       Free downloadable digital content, including ebooks and guides

•       Mission Muslim World University (“MMWU”), an online training and education platform accessible at gommwu.org

•       The WISE Global App, a ministry management application

•       Email newsletters, SMS communications, and event invitations

•       Live and recorded webinars, video courses, and educational materials

•       Paid membership subscriptions and digital course access


4. Free Digital Downloads

Certain pages on the Site offer free digital content (e.g., ebooks, guides, or training materials) in exchange for your contact information, including your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. By submitting your information, you:

•       Consent to receive the requested digital content via email

•       Consent to receive follow-up email communications from i2 Ministries related to missions training, events, and resources

•       Understand that providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box(es) constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from Mission Muslim World University and i2 Ministries at the phone number provided

You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.


5. MMWU Membership and Paid Services

Mission Muslim World University (“MMWU”) offers paid subscription memberships providing access to online courses, community features, and related educational services.


5.1 Billing and Subscription

By enrolling in a paid subscription, you authorize i2 Ministries or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified) until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance of each billing cycle. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.


5.2 Price Changes

i2 Ministries reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least thirty (30) days’ notice before any price increase takes effect on their account. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.


5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at joshua@i2ministries.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle, except as set forth in Section 5.4.


5.4 Refund Policy

New subscribers may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of their initial subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@i2ministries.org within the 30-day period. After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, ebooks, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of i2 Ministries, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The i2 Ministries name, logo, “Mission Muslim World University,” “MMWU,” “WISE Global,” and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of i2 Ministries, Inc. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of i2 Ministries.

Free digital content (e.g., ebooks) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any content obtained from the Site without prior written consent from i2 Ministries.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or any services provided by i2 Ministries to:

•       Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

•       Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

•       Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

•       Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

•       Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site

•       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site

•       Use the Site for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by i2 Ministries

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by i2 Ministries. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. This includes but is not limited to payment processors, email service providers, SMS messaging platforms, and any educational institution or accreditation body referenced on the Site.

Your interaction with any third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before engaging.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

I2 MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. I2 MINISTRIES MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH MMWU OR ANY I2 MINISTRIES RESOURCE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL THEOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR ACADEMIC ADVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL I2 MINISTRIES, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT I2 MINISTRIES HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF I2 MINISTRIES FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO I2 MINISTRIES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless i2 Ministries, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS messages on the Site, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from i2 Ministries and/or Mission Muslim World University at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@i2ministries.org. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through our SMS opt-in are used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Terms

i2 Ministries reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and i2 Ministries, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
